Let’s get to know each other by exploring museums, artists and restaurants in Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Longmont, Fort Collins and the Estes Valley. Bird Watching
Meet on the 4th Friday of the month for fun and educational bird watching in the Estes Park area. The leader of the birdwatching group is Tim Orel, a graduate of the Estes Park Newcomers, but an enthusiastic amateur who enjoys not only looking for birds but also using his cameras to take pictures of them so he can identify them either on site or once he gets back home. Weekend Warriors
Explore the great outdoors in the Estes Park area with fellow hikers. We explore the various trails in RMNP and the national forest with an occasional field trip to a neighboring town. Get Lit Book Club
Looking for a book club that meets in the evening? This one is it! The Get Lit Book Club meets year-round on the 3rd Friday of the month from 5 to 7 p.m. in member homes. The Bookmarks Book Club
This group meets year-round on the 1st Monday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon in members’ homes. Melissa Wood is the group leader of the Bookmarks, and the group members take turns leading the discussion. For more information, contact BookmarksBC@estesparknewcomers.org.
Afternoon Delights Book Club
The Afternoon Delights book club is all about having fun! The book selection will focus on books that some may consider “guilty pleasure” topics such as romance, mystery, suspense, or possibly even horror. Dancing

Bowling
Bowling meets weekly at the Bull Pin lanes on Mondays. On the first and third Mondays of each month, the group will meet from 4:00-5:30 pm. Drink and Draw
Drink and Draw is open to current members and meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
